Karan Johar Seems As Alia’s Father In “Shandaar”

The famous film director Anurag Kashyap has last release is film Ugly now for the next project he gave charge for film direction to Vikas Bhal and active to produce film Shandaar. The film stars are Allia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor. Vikas and Anurag Kashyap both have taken the editor’s duty. Shandaar is to be most a costly movie, excepting Shahid Kapoor and Alia other stars are Pankaj Kapur, Sanjay Kapoor and Shahid and Sanah who is the Shahid’s sister.

Karan Johar is one of the best directors and head of Dharma Productions. Karan Johar has also a fashion designer and his debut for act in Aurag Kashyap’s film Bombay Velvet. He has played a negative role in Bombay Velvet, after it, he will appear in Shandaar with a prominent role.

In the beginning, it was decided that Karan Johar will play the Alia’s father role but due to his activeness on his own project, it changed and Pankaj Kapur placed in the role by the director Vikas Bhal and now Karan replace for another role in Shandaar. But till now it’s didn’t confirm that Karan Johar will part of the film or not, although Karan’s student Alia Bhatt force him to play a cameo role in the film.

In actual Karan Johar has confused to take a role as Alia’s father because he waited for his previous debut release Bombay Velvet, he wanted to observe the audience’s reaction to his act. Due to this all the film shot has delayed, the film shooting has planned to start from UK, Ali Bhat is very excited to work first time out of the country. She said "All my films before Shaandaar were shot in India. Highway and 2 States were very desi films. Highway gave me a chance to see the remote areas of our own country. Now with Shaandaar and the ad that I'm shooting I am traveling in Europe. It's a learning experience."
